Risk and Control of EPC Project in New Campus of Vocational Colleges

以某职业学院新校区EPC项目建设为例,结合代建管理实践,从项目代建本身存在风险入手,系统分析高校EPC项目招标、施工图设计、施工现场管理、资金使用、竣工结算等各环节风险,并且针对不同环节风险给出相应控制措施。

Taking EPC project construction of a new campus of a vocational college as an example,combined with the practice of agent construction management,starting with the risks of the project agent construction itself,this paper systematically analyzes the risks of EPC project bidding,construction drawing design,construction site management,fund use,completion settlement and other links in Colleges and universities,and gives corresponding control measures for different link risks.
