未来社区作为未来城市一个基本单元,如何满足市民的未来需求,是一个新兴的课题。作为全过程工程咨询机构需要协同参与建设各方为未来社区建设出谋划策、贡献力量,既为业主服务又为各参与方服务。分析目前未来社区建设全过程工程咨询服务过程中面临的问题,探索未来社区建设全过程工程咨询服务的系统化路径,构建新型动态服务模式,以满足未来社区建设全面推进的需要。

As a basic unit of the future city,it is a new subject to future community to meet the future needs of citizens.As a whole process engineering consulting agency,it needs to cooperate with all parties involved in the construction to make suggestions and contribute to the future community construction,serving both the owners and the participants.To meet the needs of future community construction in an all-round way,this paper analyzes the current problems faced in the whole process of engineering consulting services of future community construction.Then,explores the systematic path of engineering consulting services in the whole process of future community construction.Finally,builds a new dynamic service mode.
