摘要
对建筑工人进行产业化培训是建筑工人产业化转型的首要着力点,目前产业化培训推行不尽人意,究其原因在于推行动力的正向反馈不足。立足于重庆市,深度访谈22位建筑行业相关者,运用扎根理论剖析建筑工人产业化培训动力的27个因素,归纳出4个主范畴,并运用基于IIFHA算子的区间直觉模糊群决策方法得出五个核心动力因素。研究发现,建筑工人产业化培训核心动力因素为管理需要、民生需要、流动性、路径依赖、文化水平。最后,针对以上研究结果提出相关建议。
Industrialized training for construction workers is the primary focus of industrialized transformation of construction workers.The current implementation of industrialized training is unsatisfactory,and the reason for this is the insufficient positive feedback of implementation motivation.Based on Chongqing,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with 22 construction industry stakeholders,uses rooting theory to dissect 27 factors that motivate the industrialized training of construction workers,summarizes four main categories,and uses an interval intuitionistic fuzzy group decision method based on the IIFHA operator to derive five core motivating factors.Then,concludes that the core motivating factors of industrialized training for construction workers are management needs,livelihood needs,mobility,path dependence,and literacy level.Finally,proposes relevant suggestions for the above research results.
