摘要
基于国内钢桥面铺装现状调研、理论计算、材料试验研究、施工工艺分析、经济性指标分析等,确定舟岱跨海大桥钢桥面行车道铺装采用“下层EA-10(3cm)+上层高弹改性沥青SMA-10(3.5cm)”方案。选取鸭东线钢箱拱桥为工艺试验段,总结质量控制指标及工艺参数。海域桥面施工采取专业气象咨询顾问,拌合及运输过程温控保障,设置护栏挡风墙,优化碾压组合等措施,保证了铺装作业的连续性与质量管控,并在舟岱跨海大桥工程取得良好效果。
Based on the investigation of domestic steel bridge deck pavement status,theoretical calculation,material test research,construction technology analysis and economic index analysis,this paper determines the scheme of‘lower EA-10(3cm)+upper high elastic modified asphalt SMA-10(3.5cm)’for the steel bridge deck pavement of Zhoudai sea-crossing bridge.The steel box arch bridge of Yadong Line is selected as the process test section,and the quality control indexes and process parameters are summarized.The construction of bridge deck in sea area adopts professional meteorological consultants,mixing and transportation process temperature control guarantee,setting guardrail retaining wall,optimizing rolling combination and other measures to ensure the continuity and quality control of pavement operation,and has achieved good results in Zhoudai sea-crossing bridge project.
