摘要
分析保障房项目常具有的政府用地供应、资金扶持、税收优惠等投资特点,结合保障房(安置房)项目投资估算实例,分别从投资估算编制、方法与策略、审查环节阐述投资估算编审要点,旨在提高保障房投资估算精度。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of affordable housing projects,such as government land supply,financial support,tax incentives and other investment.Combined with the examples of the investment estimation of affordable housing(rehousing housing),expounds the main points of the compilation and examination of the investment estimation from the aspects of the compilation,methods and strategies,and review links respectively,aiming to improving the accuracy of the investment estimation of affordable housing.
