摘要
在智能建造发展的大背景下,人工智能、BIM及大数据等技术逐渐应用于工程造价管理的各个环节,推动我国工程造价管理朝着信息化和智能化方向发展。通过文献调研,对智能建造关键技术在工程造价管理中的应用研究做了系统性的综述。从研究方向、研究深度、集成角度、管理理念和方法等方面对现有研究进行梳理,探讨智能建造关键技术对于造价管理的意义,并展望未来的研究方向。
Under the background of the development of intelligent construction,technologies such as artificial intelligence,BIM and big data are gradually applied to all aspects of construction cost management,which promotes the development of China’s construction cost management in the direction of informatization and intelligence.Through literature research,this paper makes a systematic review of the application research of key technologies of intelligent construction in construction cost management.Then,sorts out the existing research from the aspects of research direction,research depth,integration angle,management concept and method.Finally,discusses the significance of the key technologies of intelligent construction for cost management and prospects the future research directions.
