摘要
以二代改进机型和华龙一号机型为研究对象,对核岛混凝土模板进行对比分析。研究得出:基于二代改进机型编制的2018版核电厂建设工程预算定额中混凝土模板部分在子目设置与费用方面同样适用于华龙一号机型;在核岛建筑中,混凝土墙厚与板厚的变化会直接影响含模量的变化;后续华龙机型使用核电厂建设工程概算定额时含模量均建议重新测算;后续合同签订建议考虑新工艺永久式模板对模板费用的影响。
This paper takes second generation improved model and HPR1000 as research subjects to compare and study the formwork of the nuclear island.The research reaches the following results,the formwork part in Nuclear Power Plant Construction Engineering Budget Quota 2018,which is based on second generation improved model,is also applicable to HPR1000 in terms of sub-item setting and cost.For nuclear island building,the changes of the concrete wall thickness and slab thickness affect the changes of formwork modulus directly.It is recommended to re-calculate the formwork modulus in Nuclear Power Plant Construction Engineering Budget Estimate Quota for subsequent HPR1000 models.It is suggested to consider the impact of the new-tech permanent formwork on formwork cost for contract signing in the future.
