BIM5D技术通过将时间进度和成本两个维度引入到BIM三维模型中,有效提升工程造价全过程管理的效率。对医院工程全过程造价管理现状以及BIM5D技术在医院工程全过程造价管理中的优势进行概括总结。以杭州L医院项目为案例,详细介绍BIM5D技术在项目决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段及竣工验收阶段的具体应用,以期为类似医院工程开展BIM5D技术全过程造价管理实践提供参考。

BIM5D technology effectively improves the efficiency of the whole process management of project cost by introducing the two dimensions of time schedule and cost into the BIM three-dimensional model.This paper summarizes the current situation of the whole process cost management of hospital engineering and the advantages of BIM5D technology in the whole process cost management of hospital engineering.Taking Hangzhou L hospital project as an example,introduces the specific application of BIM5D technology in project decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,in order to provide reference for the whole process cost management practice of BIM5D technology in similar hospital projects.
