This paper systematically combed the background and policy framework for future community patterns.Combined with a specific project,the operation mechanism and key success factors are analyzed in detail,then some conclusions are given including choosing substantial social capital with investment management and operation capability,respecting the enterprise spirit of innovation,playing their respective advantages,reinforcing the government party full participation and regulatory responsibilities,adhering to the equal emphasis on construction and operation,highlighting the three modernization and nine scenarios of continuous operation requirements,and constantly innovating the future community financial products and services,in order to promote the healthy development of the future community model.
