摘要
从A公司对公路工程施工项目标后预算管理的现状出发,运用权变理论和控制理论,结合笔者本人在标后预算管理中的实践经验,在尽量少的改变A公司现有管理制度和管理流程的前提下,有针对性地提出标后预算优化方案。
Starting from the current situation of A company’s post bid budget management of highway engineering construction projects,using contingency theory and control theory,combined with my practical experience in post bid budget management,this paper puts forward a targeted post bid budget optimization scheme on the premise of changing the existing management system and management process of A company as little as possible.Finally,in order to implement the optimization measures smoothly,this paper also puts forward several safeguard measures.
