基于Anylogic的装配式建筑多主体协同仿真

摘要 针对我国目前装配式建筑工程中各主体间出现信息流不畅通、实物流割裂的问题,分别分析以设计部门、构件生产厂、施工现场为中心的业务流程,构建信息、库存、运输方面结合的协同模式,搭建了各主体协同流程。基于Anylogic建立智能体仿真模型,结合实际案例,实现多主体协同的模型化表达。模型输出结果表明此协同模式可节约装配式建筑工程的库存成本和时间成本,并保证了生产和施工的连续性。 In view of the problems of unsmooth information flow and disjointed physical flow among the main bodies of assembly building engineering in China,the business flow centered on the design department,component manufacturing plant and construction site was analyzed respectively,and the collaborative mode of information,inventory and transportation was established to build the collaborative flow of each main body.An agent simulation model is established based on Anylogic,and the multi-agent collaborative modeling is realized by combining the actual case.The model output results show that the cooperative mode can save the inventory cost and time cost of assembly building engineering,and ensure the continuity of production and construction.
