Research on Legal Risks and Prevention of Construction Enterprises under F+EPC Mode

F+EPC模式作为一种由EPC模式衍生而来的投融资建设模式,近年来在国内较为推广。笔者对于F+EPC模式下建筑企业的合规管理进行研究。首先界定F+EPC模式概念内涵,继而分析建筑企业参与F+EPC项目的法律风险和经营风险,最后就F+EPC模式下如何防范法律风险提出建议。

The F+EPC model,as an investment and financing construction model derived from the EPC model,has become popular in China in recent years.In this article,the author conducts research on the compliance management of construction enterprises under the F+EPC model.Firstly,define the concept and connotation of F+EPC model,then analyze the legal risks and business risks of construction companies participating in F+EPC projects,and finally make suggestions on how to prevent legal risks under the F+EPC model.
