Research on Typical Contract Problems and Countermeasures of Offshore Wind Power Project under EPC Model

针对海上风电项目EPC总承包工程中三个典型合同问题进行研究,从合同角度对其进行深入分析,并提出对应的解决方法策略,以期能给其他工程类似合同问题提供参考。

This paper studies with three typical contract problems of offshore wind power EPC project,analyzes them from the perspective of contract,and puts forward corresponding solutions and strategies,so as to provide reference for similar contract problems of other projects.
