In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the actual quality,safety,progress and other aspects of the project under construction in the construction process,and take practical and effective improvement measures based on the results reflected in the evaluation report,it is necessary to have a good process evaluation model and philosophy.On such basis,the paper first summarizes the existing problems in the process evaluation of projects under construction,then discusses its development trends,and then proposes several countermeasures.
