摘要
在参考国内外学者场所质量评价相关研究上,构建以使用&活动、可达&连接、舒适&意象、社交性四个维度的创新街区场所质量评价指标体系,采取SPSS因子分析法赋予指标权重,并以李克特量表五点法作为满意度判别标准;在评价基础上构建创新街区场所需求研究框架,将创新街区场所需求分为空间需求、设施需求及活动需求。以高新南街区作为案例进行研究,高新南街区的总体场所质量还没能达到让知识型员工满意的地步。
Based on the research of scholars’site quality evaluation at home and abroad,this paper constructs an index system of quality evaluation of innovation districts with four dimensions of use-activity,reachable-connection,comfort-image and sociality,and adopts SPSS factor analysis method to give the index weight.Based on the evaluation,constructs the research framework of innovative block place,and devides the demand of innovative block place into space demand,facility demand and activity demand.Taking the Gaoxin south street as a case study,the overall site quality of the Gaoxin south street has not reached the point of satisfying the knowledge workers.
