摘要
针对建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在工程应用的必要性,研究BIM在联络通道冻结施工阶段质量管理、进度管理、成本管理的应用过程。并结合北京17号线未来科技城冻结工程进行项目应用,验证该技术的可行性。结果表明:BIM技术能与实际施工进行有效对接,达到保障工程质量、优化施工方案、降低施工成本的目标。
In view of the necessity of the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in engineering,this paper studies the application process of BIM in the quality management,schedule management and cost management in freezing engineering of connected Aisle.Combined with the Beijing line 17 future science and technology city freezing project,verifies the feasibility of the technology.The results show that the BIM technology can effectively connect with the actual construction,achieve the goal of guaranteeing the quality of the project,optimize the construction scheme and reduce the construction cost.
