摘要
针对我国绿色建筑的发展历程及现状,探讨绿色建筑现有政策制度、法律法规、经济激励措施和过程监管措施存在的问题及原因,并就建立健全绿色建筑法律法规、标准体系方面提出对策和建议。
This paper analyzes the development process and current situation of domestic green building,and discusses the problems and reasons in the established regulations and policies,laws,stimulus measures and regulatory measures.In addition,puts forward some countermeasures for establishing and improving the green building laws and standards system.
