Discussion on Project Innovation Management Model of Military Fixed Asset Investment:Based on Project Portfolio Management

通过国内外项目组合管理的现状研究,分析项目组合管理的主要内容及特点,结合军工科研单位实际提出基于项目组合管理的"小核心大协作"工程项目创新管理模式,建立项目组合管理组织架构、岗位设置、制度体系和工作机制,以期统筹考虑资源配置,发挥最大管理效能。

Through the research on the current situation of project portfolio management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the main content and characteristics of project portfolio management.Combining with the actual situation of our center,proposes an innovative management model of"small core and large collaboration"engineering projects based on project portfolio management,and establishes the project portfolio management organization structure and position settings,institutional systems and working mechanisms,with a view to overall consideration of resource allocation and maximize management effectiveness.
