From the view of the contractor,taking the conditions of FIDIC silver book(2017 edition)as the main line,this paper lists the obvious and implied claim clauses in the contract conditions,expounds the changes of claim procedure,and discusses the calculation method of claim amount and time.Then,analyzes the contractor’s focus and countermeasures in the contract claim management from the three levels of claim right,claim procedure and claim content.
