摘要
以全过程工程咨询的角度,应用建设工程项目经济评价理论和全寿命成本管理理论等,构建房建工程PPP项目合同价格生成的技术路线,梳理出其中特殊的计价相关条件和计算数学模型,探讨建设成本与PPP项目合同特许经营期的关系。
From the perspective of whole process engineering consultation,this paper applies the theory of economic evaluation and life cycle cost management of building construction to construct the technical route of contract price generation of PPP project of real estate construction project,and combs out the special pricing related conditions and calculation mathematical model,and discusses the relationship between construction cost and the contract franchise period of PPP project.
