介绍中外工程项目成本管理的不同理念,研究和讨论海外工程项目使用的成本编码(COST CODE)体系在具体实践过程中更好实现目标工程成本费用管控,与工程项目总进度计划、施工组织设计实行结合,真正实现工程成本费用的溯源性和可追溯性。

This paper introduces the different concepts of cost management of Chinese and foreign engineering projects.Then,studies and discusses the cost code system used in overseas engineering projects to achieve the target project cost control better in the specific practice process,and combines with the implementation of the overall project schedule and construction organization design,so as to truly realize the traceability and traceability of engineering cost.
