This paper analyzes the advantages of the entire industry chain of large-scale infrastructure enterprises for investment business.Combined with the current world economic development and national development policies,and based on the characteristics of the enterprise,proposes three dimensions of industry,region,and project for investment business selection,and gives some specific strategies for investment business management and control,in order to provide references for similar companies to carry out related businesses.
