摘要
通过文献研究、问卷调查等方法提取出43个推行装配式公租房建设的制约因素,建立制约因素清单,再运用层次分析法计算权重,找到推行装配式公租房建设的主要制约因素,最后针对主要制约因素提出了对策及建议。
Through literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods,this paper extracts 43 restrictive factors of the implementation of prefabricated public rental housing construction,establishes a list of constraints,and then uses AHP to calculate the weight to find out the main constraints of the implementation of prefabricated public rental housing construction.Finally,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the main restrictive factors.
