建筑施工中作业人员不安全行为分析及管控措施

Unsafe Behavior Analysis and Control Measures of Construction Workers

为提升在建项目安全管理水平、控制生产活动中的不安全行为,利用层次分析法及ABC分析法得出影响建筑施工作业人员安全因素评价指标体系及权重,以此制定《施工作业人员反违章行为安全禁令》,并将禁令融入行为安全管理方法(BBS)并应用到建筑行业行为管理,纠正工人安全行为考核体系、完善行为安全培训体系。

In order to improve the safety management level of construction projects and control unsafe behaviors in production activities,this paper obtains the evaluation index system and weight of safety factors affecting construction workers by using the analytic hierarchy process and ABC analysis method,formulates the"construction workers’anti violation behavior as safety ban",integrates the ban into the behavior safety management method(BBS)and applies to the behavior management,in order to correct the assessment system of workers’safety behaviors and improve the behavior safety training system.
