This paper analyzes the risks on the settlement of contract price caused by the delay of construction period,the increase of epidemic prevention cost,the sharp rise of labor,materials and equipment prices,and the increase of the cost of rush measures under novel coronavirus pneumonia,puts forward some suggestions,and thinks about the settlement of contract price,so as to ensure that the settlement of contract price can be accomplished.
