基于影响因子的航天净化厂房造价分析

Cost Analysis of Clean Buildings about Aerospace Industry Based on Influence Factors

为了解决航天科技工业领域厂房工艺需求特殊,建筑方案差异较大,投资估算无直接参考依据的难题,针对某航天工程高大空间净化厂房,应用影响因子法对非常规厂房造价进行估算。研究表明估算值与实际工程造价接近,估算方法及估算数据可为类似工程的造价估算提供一定参考。

Because of the special technological requirements of the plant in the aerospace technology industry field and the large difference in construction plans,there was no direct reference basis for investment estimation to reflect the actual needs of project construction.To solve the problem,this paper estimates the cost of unconventional plant with the influence factor method for the characteristics of a high and large space clean building about aerospace industry.The research results demonstrate that the estimated value is close to the actual project cost,the method and the data can provide some reference for the cost estimate of the similar projects.
