单独发包装饰工程机械垂直运输的定额计价方法研究

《房屋建筑与装饰工程消耗量定额》(TY01-31-2015)没有设置单独发包装饰工程垂直运输子目,各省市对"单独发包装饰工程机械垂直运输的定额计价方法"规定各有不同,存在较大差异。归纳总结21省市现行该计价方法,分析各种计价方法的优缺点,并提出改进方法。结合某大厦室内精装修工程的计价结果,验证改进方法的可行性,对比分析改进方法与现行两类计价方法的优劣。

The consumption quota of housing construction and decoration engineering(TY01-31-2015)makes no sub items of vertical transportation of decoration engineering subcontracting.The regulations of"quota pricing method of vertical transportation of decoration engineering machinery contracted separately"in various provinces and cities are different,with a great discrepancy.This paper summarizes the current pricing methods in 21 provinces and cities,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various pricing methods,and puts forward improvement methods.Then,verifies the feasibility of the improved method by combining the pricing results of a building’s interior fine decoration project,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the improved method and the current two kinds of pricing methods.
