摘要
以2010~2019年中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的《建筑经济》相关的3316篇文献为研究对象,借助CiteSpace等工具,开展《建筑经济》所刊文献的研究特征、热点及前沿等计量可视化分析。研究表明:重庆大学研究成果丰硕;该刊研究主题主要集中在建造施工、运营管理、投融资、信息技术及法律合同五个方面。通过热点关键词演进趋势分析得出,绿色建筑、BIM技术在全生命周期的应用、PPP等成为研究的热点趋势。
Taking 3316 documents related to "Construction Economy" included in the database of China Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2010 to 2019 as the research object,this paper uses tools such as CiteSpace to carry out the visualization analysis of research features,hot spots and future development published in "Construction Economy".The research shows that the research of Chongqing University is fruitful and the topic of the journal mainly focus on five aspects:construction、operation、management、investment and financing、information technology.Through the analysis of the evolution trend of hot key words,concludes that the application of the green construction and BIM technology on the whole life cycle and analysis of PPP have become the hot spots of research trends.
