Application Research and Suggestion of Life Cycle Engineering Consulting in the Field of Prefabricated Buildings

首先从全过程工程咨询的视角分析装配式建筑与传统现浇建筑的区别,然后基于装配式建筑的特点,通过专家访谈以及调研,分析全过程工程咨询在装配式建筑中应用的优势与难点,进而提出装配式建筑实施全过程工程咨询的建议,以期在装配式建筑项目中更有效地实施全过程工程咨询。

From the perspective of life cycle project consulting,this paper analyzes the difference between the prefabricated building and traditional cast-in-situ building,and then based on the characteristics of the prefabricated building,through expert interview and investigation,analyzes life cycle engineering consulting advantages and difficulties in the applications of prefabricated building.Finally,puts forward advice for the implementation of life cycle engineering consulting in prefabricated building,in order to implement life cycle project consulting more effectively in prefabricated buildings.
