国有企业的政治责任、经济责任和社会责任既是根本属性,也是内生动力的源泉。国有建筑企业是国家基础设施建设和经济建设的主力军。要坚守党的领导,打造学习型企业,做强做大做优,不断降本增效,建设优质工程,尊重职工劳动创造,实现三大责任在企业发展中落实,同时又反作用于企业竞争取胜,实现融合互促共进,在建设有中国特色社会主义实践中发挥更大作用。

The political responsibility,economic responsibility and social responsibility of state-owned enterprises are not only the fundamental attribute,but also the source of endogenous power.State owned construction enterprises are the main force of national infrastructure construction and economic construction.We should adhere to the leadership of the party,build a learning enterprise,grow stronger and better,constantly reduce costs and increase efficiency,build high-quality projects,respect workers’labor creation,and implement the three major responsibilities in the development of the enterprise.At the same time,we should counteract the competition with the enterprise to win,achieve integration and mutual promotion,and play a greater role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
