摘要
以IUWM模式在澳大利亚墨尔本的发展为例,探讨IUWM在该城市成功发展的历程,通过与旧管理模式的对比,指出该模型优势,并讨论成功构建该模型的四个限制条件,为城市水资源管理提供思路。
Taking the development of IUWM model in Melbourne,Australia as an example,this paper discusses the successful development process of IUWM in this city,points out the advantages of the model through comparison with the old management model,and discusses the four constraints for the successful construction of the model,so as to provide ideas for water resource management in more cities.
