摘要
针对装配式建筑落地效果与激励政策密集程度存在差距的困境,构建政策、经济、技术三维框架下装配式建筑发展影响因素作用路径的系统动力学模型。选取具有典型性的江苏省数据为样本,导入Vensim PLE软件进行仿真模拟和灵敏度分析,得到提升构件质量与劳动生产率、因地制宜制定与调整激励政策、合理提升装配率的启示。
In view of the dilemma that there is a gap between the landing effect of prefabricated buildings and the intensity of incentive policies,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of the influencing factors of the development of prefabricated buildings under the three-dimensional framework of policy,economy and technology.Then,selects the typical data of Jiangsu as the sample,imports the Vensim Ple software for simulation and sensitivity analysis,and gets the enlightenment of improving component quality and labor productivity,making and adjusting incentive policies according to local conditions,and reasonably improving assembly rate.
