摘要 以京杭运河枢纽港扩容提升工程作为依托,针对传统运维模式存在的问题,在运维阶段通过开发基于BIM的绿色智能运维管理平台,建立了构件管理、设备管理、空间信息化管理、能耗监测、安防监控管理和应急预警等功能,实现了绿色运维、高效运维、安全运维三大目标,为BIM在运维阶段的应用提供指导和借鉴。 This project is based on the expansion and upgrading project of the Grand Canal hub port.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional operation and maintenance mode,BIM technology is innovatively applied in the operation and maintenance phase.Through the development of a BIM-based green intelligent operation and maintenance management platform,functions such as component management,equipment management,space information management,energy consumption monitoring,security monitoring management and emergency early warning are established.Finally,the three major objectives of green operation and maintenance,efficient operation and maintenance,and safe operation and maintenance are achieved,providing guidance and reference for the application of BIM in the operation and maintenance phase in the future.
