摘要
针对盈都五角广场箱形钢板墙施工特点,配置满足工程需要的C55箱形钢板墙自密实混凝土;采甩高位抛落法模拟箱形钢板墙自密实混凝土的施工,研究箱形钢板墙自密实混凝土的生产及施工方法。采用红外线成像技术监测混凝土浇筑时钢壁温度场的变化,用于间接评定混凝土的密实度,通过现场实测验证了应用红外线成像技术的可行性。
According to the construction characteristics of the box type steel shear wall of Yingdu Wujiao Square,C55 steel shear wall self-compact concrete is configured to meet the needs of the project.The construction of self-compacted concrete of box type steel shear wall is simulated by the method of high height throwing,and the production and construction of self-compacted concrete of box type steel shear wall are studied.Infrared imaging technology is used to monitor the temperature field of box type steel shear wall during concrete pouring,indirectly assess the compactness of concrete,and the feasibility of infrared imaging technology is verified by field measurements.
