箱式钢结构模块混合节点受拉及受剪性能试验研究

Experimental study on tensile and shear capacity of novel mixture connection for box modular steel structures

摘要 为提高钢结构模块现场安装速度,减少现场施工工序,研发了一种箱式钢结构模块混合节点。该混合节点通过先注浆后吊装的方式,将十字形角件直接插入灌浆角件浆料中连接而成。与已有的模块节点相比,该混合节点无需预留安装孔,吊装后节点区无现场作业,适应施工误差的性能提高,安装更加便捷,施工速度更快。通过一组拉伸试验和一组剪切试验,研究了混合节点的受拉和受剪承载能力。结合试验和有限元分析结果可知:节点的破坏形式为十字形截面板件的受拉和受剪破坏,浆料完整性较好;在拉伸和剪切作用下,浆料受角件侧壁、横隔板等约束,处于挤压和剪压状态,充分发挥了浆料的高强受压性能,受压状态下的浆料与十字形截面板件界面的相互作用、钢筋肋和横隔板的设置对十字形截面板件的受拉和受剪均起到很好的锚固作用;该混合节点的试验承载力大于十字形截面板件的理论承载力,充分发挥钢材受拉及受剪性能优势。综合分析结果,建议工程中可以十字形截面板件的设计承载力作为该混合节点承载力的取值依据。 A novel type of mixture connection was proposed to improve the on-site installation speed and reduce the on-site construction processes of the box modular steel structures.The mixture connection was installed by inserting the cross module corner directly into the high strength grout inside of the grouted module corner by grouting first and then hoisting.Compared with the existed modular connections,there is no holes for on-site installation,and no on-site construction processes after hoisting.The performance to adapt to construction errors is improved.As a result,the installation is more convenient,and the construction speed is faster.In this paper,the tensile and shear bearing capacity of mixture connections were studied through tensile tests and shear tests.Through the tests and finite element analysis,it can be seen that the failure of the connection is manifested as the tensile and shear failure of the cross plate,and the integrity of the grout is almost all right.Under the tensile loads or shear loads,the grout is constrained by the sidewall of the connection,the diaphragms,etc.,and it is in the state of extrusion or bonding,giving full play to the high pressure performance of the grout.Meanwhile,the bonding effect of the high-strength grout and the cross-plate interface,the setting of the reinforcement ribs and the diaphragms provide good anchored force for the tensile and shear resistance of the cross plate.The capacities of the connection are bigger than theoretical capacity of the cross plate,and the advantages of steel are fully utilized.It is suggested that the design load-bearing capacity of the cross plate can be used as the basis for the load-bearing capacity of the mixture connection for projects.
