装配式圆钢管混凝土组合剪力墙抗震性能试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on seismic behavior of prefabricated concrete-filled circular steel tube composite shear walls

摘要 为研究装配式圆钢管混凝土组合剪力墙的抗震性能,设计了3个足尺剪力墙试件,包括现浇圆钢筋混凝土剪力墙、现浇钢管混凝土组合剪力墙和装配式圆钢管混凝土组合剪力墙,通过低周往复加载试验,分析了剪力墙的破坏形态、滞回性能、耗能能力、延性和刚度退化。结果表明:钢管套筒灌浆连接方式可有效传递装配式钢管混凝土组合剪力墙两侧钢管混凝土暗柱竖向荷载,连接安全可靠;装配式钢管混凝土组合剪力墙和现浇钢管混凝土组合剪力墙弹塑性层间位移角均可达到2.5%,相比于普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙提高了25%;设置钢管混凝土暗柱剪力墙残余承载力约为现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙的2倍;相比于普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙,现浇钢管混凝土剪力墙和装配式钢管混凝土剪力墙的变形能力分别提高了28.4%和25.3%;耗能能力分别提高了25.5%和43.6%。装配式钢管混凝土组合剪力墙结构两侧钢管混凝土暗柱的连接可采用弹簧单元进行模拟,弹簧竖向刚度建议取值为1350 kN/mm。 To study the seismic performance of a novel type of prefabricated built-in round steel tube concrete composite shear wall,three full scale shear wall specimens were designed,including cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall,cast-in-place concrete filled steel tubular composite shear wall and the prefabricated concrete filled steel tube composite shear wall,and tested under low cycle reciprocating load test.The failure pattern,hysteresis property,energy dissipation,ductility and rigidity degeneration of the specimens were analyzed.The results show that the grouting connection method of steel tube sleeve can effectively transfer the vertical load of concrete-filled steel tube concealed columns on both sides of the composite shear wall,and the connection is safe and reliable.The elastic-plastic inter-story displacement angle of prefabricated concrete-filled steel tubular composite shear wall and cast-in-place concrete-filled steel tubular composite shear wall can reach 2.5%,which is 25%higher than that of ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall.The residual bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular concealed column shear wall is about twice that of cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall.Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls,the deformation capacity of cast-in-place concrete-filled steel tubular shear wall and prefabricated concrete-filled steel tubular shear wall is increased by 28.4%and 25.3%respectively.Energy dissipation capacity is increased by 25.5%and 43.6%,respectively.The connection of concealed columns on both sides of the prefabricated CFST composite shear wall structure can be simulated by a spring element.And the recommended vertical stiffness of spring is 1350 kN/mm.
