由大直径螺杆和UHPC连接的装配式剪力墙抗震性能试验研究

摘要 为解决装配式剪力墙钢筋套筒连接操作繁琐、连接钢筋密度大等问题,提出了一种采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)实现大直径螺杆代替纵向连接钢筋锚固的装配式剪力墙连接形式。为研究该装配式剪力墙的抗震性能,对1片普通整浇混凝土剪力墙和1片装配式剪力墙进行了低周反复加载试验。试验结果表明:装配式剪力墙与整浇剪力墙表现出相似的受力性能,装配式剪力墙的承载力、位移延性、耗能能力均与整浇剪力墙相当;UHPC锚固大直径螺杆的连接形式能有效传递钢筋应力,大直径螺杆在主要用于代替竖向分布钢筋以起到简化连接作用的同时,还起到部分受剪、受弯的作用;与整浇剪力墙相比,装配式剪力墙的抗裂性能有所提高,且能显著地减少连接钢筋数量并获得较好的锚固性能,避免了套筒灌浆操作,有效地提高了施工效率,具有一定的推广性。 In order to solve the problems of cumbersome connection operation of steel bar sleeves and high density of connecting steel bars in assembled shear walls,a connection form of assembled shear walls was proposed,which used ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)to realize the anchoring of large-diameter screws instead of longitudinally connected steel bars.In order to study the seismic performance of the assembled shear wall,low-cycle repeated loading tests were carried out on an ordinary cast-in-place concrete shear wall and an assembled shear wall.The test results show that the assembled shear wall and the cast-in-place shear wall exhibit similar mechanical properties during loading,and the bearing capacity,displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the assembled shear wall specimen are similar to the cast-in-place shear wall specimen.The connection form of the UHPC anchoring large-diameter screw can effectively transmit the stress of the steel bar.The large-diameter screw is mainly used to replace the vertically distributed steel bars to simplify the connection and also plays a role in partial shear and bending.Compared with the cast-in-place shear wall,the crack resistance of the assembled shear wall has been improved,and the number of connecting steel bars can be significantly reduced,and better anchoring performance can be obtained,which results in avoiding the sleeve grouting operation and effectively improving the construction efficiency.It has a certain value of popularization.
