承插式预制钢板组合剪力墙抗震性能及其工程应用 被引量:3

摘要 传统钢板组合剪力墙在施工时,湿作业量大、施工效率低、环境污染严重。研发了承插式预制钢板组合剪力墙(简称为承插式预制剪力墙),在工厂预制钢板组合剪力墙构件,在施工现场采用高强螺栓连接和后注浆工艺直接拼装,有效提高装配效率。以承插式预制剪力墙为研究对象,介绍其工厂预制、现场拼装的方式,并对该剪力墙水平拼缝的构造,以及承插式预制剪力墙的抗震性能进行研究;同时,将承插式预制剪力墙结构体系应用于高层住宅结构中。研究表明:承插式预制剪力墙具有良好的承载力、刚度,是一种抗震性能优越的剪力墙;该类墙体的水平接缝满足等强度设计原则;与混凝土剪力墙结构、钢框架-支撑结构相比,承插式预制剪力墙结构体系应用于高层住宅建筑时,综合效益更好。 When traditional double skin concrete composite shear wall(hereafter known as DCSW)is constructed,the amount of wet work is large,the efficiency of construction is low,and environmental pollution is serious.An inserting type precast double skin composite shear wall was proposed(hereafter known as IPDCSW).The efficiency of construction can be increased through precasting DCSW components in the factory and assembling directly by high-strength bolts and post grouting technology on site.The process of precasting in the factory and on-site assembling were introduced.The details of horizontal connector and seismic performance of the IPDCSW were studied.The IPDCSW structural system was applied to high-rise buildings.The research indicates that IPDCSW has favorable bearing capacity stiffness and seismic behavior.The horizontal connector of IPDCSW satisfies the equal strength design principle.Compared with the reinforced concrete shear wall and steel braced frame structures,the comprehensive benefits of IPDCSW used in high rise residential building is better.
