不同拼装方式的TRC永久性模板组合柱轴压性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on axial compression behavior of TRC permanent formwork composite columns with different assembly methods

摘要 为研究TRC永久性模板的装配性能,设计了高强膨胀灌浆料、螺栓、环氧树脂砂浆以及螺栓和高强膨胀灌浆料相结合4种不同拼装方式的TRC永久性模板组合柱试件,通过轴心受压试验研究了该类组合柱的受力性能。结果表明:与素混凝土柱相比,TRC拼装永久性模板组合柱在破坏过程中展现出更好的控裂性能并且能够改善混凝土柱的裂缝开展模式;当采用螺栓和高强膨胀灌浆料相结合的方式进行拼装TRC永久性模板时,其轴心受压承载力最高,延性更好;与采用高强膨胀灌浆料进行TRC永久性模板拼装相比,采用螺栓和环氧树脂砂浆拼装时组合柱的承载力较高;与仅采用环氧树脂砂浆拼装相比,采用螺栓拼装时其对于核心混凝土的约束效果更强。最后,提出了TRC永久性模板组合柱轴压承载力理论计算公式,将试验值与理论值进行对比,验证了该理论计算公式的适用性。 In order to study the assembly type of TRC permanent formwork,four types of TRC permanent formwork composite columns,including high-strength expansion grouting material,bolt,epoxy resin mortar and the combination of bolt and high-strength expansion grouting material,were designed in the experiment. Through the axial compression test,the mechanical performance of these types of composite column were studied. The results show that,compared with plain concrete columns,TRC assembled permanent formwork composite columns show better crack control performance and more favorable crack development mode during the failure process. When the TRC permanent formwork is assembled by the combination of bolt and high-strength expansion grouting material,its axial compressive capacity and ductility is better than the other two types. Compared with the high-strength expansion grouting assembly,when the bolt and epoxy mortar are used for assembly,the bearing capacity of the combined column is higher.Compared with epoxy resin mortar,the combined columns assembled with bolts have stronger confinement effect on the core concrete. Finally,the calculation formula of the axial compressive capacity of the TRC permanent formwork composite columns was proposed. The experimental value was compared with the theoretical value to verify the applicability of the proposed theoretical calculation formula.
