高等职业学校高水平专业群建设经验与具体措施探究

Research on the Construction Experience and Concrete Measures of High-level Specialty Groups in Vocational Colleges and Universities

建设高水平专业群是推动国家职业教育改革和职业院校高质量发展的必由之路。文章以焦作大学会计学院为例,总结了会计学院高水平专业群建设的成功经验:首先要明确高水平专业群建设方案的总体建设目标和建设思路;其次是摸索出了要构建鲜明的专业群思想政治工作体系与课程思政;深化校企合作,打造专业群服务创新平台;建设一支业务素质过硬的专业群师资队伍;补齐专业群信息化建设的短板;创新专业群管理体制与机制等具体建设措施。

Building a high-level professional group is the only way to promote the national vocational education reform and the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Taking the accounting college of Jiaozuo University as an example,this paper summarizes the successful experience of the construction of high-level professional groups of the accounting college.First,the overall construction goal and construction ideas of the construction plan of high-level professional groups should be clarified;Secondly,it explores the need to build a distinctive professional group ideological and political work system and curriculum ideological and political;Deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and create a professional group service innovation platform;Build a professional group of teachers with excellent professional quality;Complement the weaknesses of the informatization construction of professional groups;Innovative professional group management system and mechanism and other specific construction measures.
