Research on Supply Chain Security Based on Midstream Chemical Product Manufacturers

化工行业安全是国家总体安全的重要组成部分。基于中游化工产品制造商视角,考察供应链网络结构的安全性与制造商自身竞争力,以及与上游供应商、下游分销商市场势力的关系,构建BP神经网络模型进行弹性分析。发现以中游化工产品制造商为核心,供应链网络结构不同,供应链安全的特性也不相同。合作关系广泛的供应链网络,市场势力起重要作用;合作关系简单的供应链网络,企业自身创新能力和运营能力起重要作用。从而为我国统筹发展和安全需求,构建经济发展新格局提供微观基础。

The safety of chemical industry is an important part of the overall national safety.Based on the perspective of midstream chemical product manufacturers,this paper examines the relationship between the security of supply chain network structure and the competitiveness of manufacturers,as well as the relationship with upstream suppliers and downstream distributors,and constructs a BP neural network model for elastic analysis.It is found that with midstream chemical product manufacturers as the core,the supply chain network structure is different,and the characteristics of supply chain security are also different.A supply chain network with extensive cooperation,and market forces play an important role.The supply chain network with simple cooperative relationship plays an important role in enterprises’own innovation ability and operation ability so as to provide a micro-foundation for China’s overall development and security needs and build a new pattern of economic development.
