摘要
我国是农业大国,复合肥在我国的农业生产中被广泛应用,但复合肥生产企业的信息化水平比较低,导致了产品质量的不稳定。针对复合肥生产企业中普遍存在的产品质量不稳定问题,在现有工艺及装备的基础上,采用基于聚类算法的智能配比控制技术和生产过程运行工况智能分析技术,构建了信息安全、运行高效的全流程智能管控平台,并在国内大型复合肥生产企业进行了工业应用,应用效果证明了所提出技术的可行性和有效性。
As a large agricultural country,compound fertilizer is widely used in agricultural production in China.However,the low information level of compound fertilizer production enterprises leads to unstable product quality.Aiming at the instability of product quality in compound fertilizer production enterprises,on the basis of the existing process and equipment,intelligent matching control technology based on clustering algorithm and intelligent analysis technology of production process operating conditions are adopted.The intelligent control platform of information security and efficient operation of the whole process is constructed,and applied in the large-scale compound fertilizer production enterprises in China.The application results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed technology.
