冰雪竞技体育类临时设施规划设计标准研究

RESEARCH ON THE PLANNING AND DESIGN STANDARD FOR TEMPORARY FACILITIES IN ICE AND SNOW COMPETITIVE SPORTS

本文以2022年北京冬奥会的经验和成果为基础,按照引领创新、填补空白、协调同构、适用实用的指导思想,编制系统全面、层次适当、重点突出、涵盖赛前赛后的《冰雪竞技体育类临时设施规划设计标准》,不仅优化分类,覆盖全面,还突出运行设计、典型临设等内容,具有引领性、指导性、基础性作用,为冰雪运动在我国的发展与推广提供重要支撑。

Based on the experience and achievements of the Beijing 2022 Olympics Winter Games,this paper follows guiding ideologies on leading innovation,filling gaps,coordinating isomorphism,application and practicality,and compiles the Planning and Design Standards for Temporary Facilities of Ice and Snow Competition Sports,which has comprehensive system,appropriate hierarchical structure,key highlights,containing pre-game and post-game.It optimizes the classification,covers comprehensively,and highlights the operation design,typical temporary design and so on.It plays a leading,guiding and basic role,and provides important support for the development and promotion of ice and snow sports in China.
