摘要
当前,我国已成为全球领先的智慧城市建设大国,并且即将迎来新一轮建设高潮。针对过往我国智慧城市建设中存在的技术驱动偏好和信息化思维惯性,本文从技术自身局限性、建设主体异化、人力资本缺位等三个方面对其进行了反思,进而提出了"管理+技术"融合视角下的城市智慧化思路,并且阐释了上述融合视角之于城市智慧化进程所起的关键作用,对促进我国城市智慧体系与城市运行逻辑的有效融合起到积极的作用。
At present,China keeps a leading place in the world in smart city construction,and is preparing for a new round of construction peak.In view of the technology-driven preference and informationize convention existing in the construction of smart city in China in the past,this paper reflects on it from three aspects:the limitation of technology itself,the alienation of construction subject and the absence of human capital.Then,this paper puts forward the concept of urban intelligence from the perspective of"management+technology",and also expounds the key value of the integration perspective in the process of urban intelligence,which plays a positive role in promoting the effective integration of urban smart system and urban operation logic in China.
