摘要
本文以图解形式——平面图、剖面图、节点构造图及现状分析图等集中分析了何陋轩的设计过程、实际结果及现存状况。通过对该方案历史图纸的研究和多次现场调研,发现何陋轩存在大量规律可循的细部构造,并在建成之后又进行了场地与建筑的局部调整。何陋轩是20世纪80年代具有典型现代性的建筑,在肯定其优点和特点的同时,如何进行保护和局部改良也应得到足够的重视。
The diagrams such as plans,sections,node structure and analysis graphics of present status are used to analyze the design process,actual result and present status of Helou Xuan.Through the study of historic drawings and on-site investigation of many times,it is found that there are numerous detail structures with regularity for Helou Xuan,and it was adjusted locally for the site and architecture after its completion.Helou Xuan was a typical house of modernity born in the 1980 s,so how to conserve and make local improvement while admiring its advantages and disadvantages shall be considered.
