摘要
后工业时代,城市生活方式快速变革,住区与城市、居住空间与生活体验的关系值得被重新审视。本文关注城市住区现存的不足和亟须解决的问题,结合前沿实践,探讨在回归生活本质、城市可持续发展的前提下,混合社区对提升居住品质和生活体验的范式意义,并希望为未来城市社区营造提供有价值的参考样本。
In the post-industrial era,urban lifestyle is changing rapidly,and the relationship between residential area and city,living space and life experience deserves to be re-examined.This paper focuses on the existing shortcomings of urban residential areas and the problems that need to be solved.Combined with cutting-edge practices,this paper discusses the paradigm significance of mixed communities for improving living quality and life experience under the premise of returning to the essence of life and sustainable urban development,and hopes to provide valuable reference samples for the construction of future urban communities.
