摘要
本文回顾了我国历史建筑保护制度的建立及发展,围绕历史建筑的保护观念、法规条例、保护模式的变化展开论述;结合笔者对若干城市历史建筑保护状况的实地调研,探析历史建筑保护的现状及其特征;针对历史建筑保护制度与保护实践的现状,提出建议。
By reviewing the establishment and development of the conservation system of historic buildings in China,this paper discusses the changes of the conservation concept,laws and regulations,and conservation mode of historic buildings.Then combined with the author’s investigation of a series of urban historic building conservation conditions,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of historic building conservation,and finally puts forward some suggestions based on the current situation of conservation system and conservation practice.
