西北地区超低能耗建筑设计技术策略研究——以富平热电厂办公楼为例 被引量:2

摘要 近十年的中国建筑业,围绕低能耗、室内舒适度、减少碳排放等几个维度不断探索,建筑科技系统不断迭代升级。"绿色健康、低碳舒适"已经成为品质生活的代名词。建筑科技的本质,不是金钱的堆砌,也不是高科技的噱头,而是对生命健康的关爱,是在满足人类对生活品质更高要求的前提下,对大自然进行最低程度的破坏,实现人类与自然环境和谐共生。本文以富平热电厂办公楼为例,从项目背景、项目立意及超低能耗建筑技术在本项目设计中的应用等方面进行阐述,提出适宜于西北地区的超低能耗建筑设计的几项策略。 In the past nearly ten years,China’s construction industry has been constantly exploring in several dimensions,such as the low energy consumption,indoor comfort level,carbon emissions reduction,and so on,and witnessing the upgrading in the building science and technology systems."Green and Healthy,Low Carbon and Comfortable"has become the representative of quality life.The essence of building science and technology is not a pile of money or a high-tech gimmick,but the care for life and health.It is to realize the harmonious coexistence of human and natural environment with the minimum damage to the nature under the premise of meeting the higher requirements of human beings for the quality of life.Taking the office building of Fuping Thermal Power Plant for an example,this paper expounds the project background,project intention and the application of ultra-low energy consumption architectural technology in the project design,and puts forward several strategies for the ultra-low energy consumption architecture designs suitable for northwest China.
