摘要
体育建筑在由增量向存量的转变过程中,既有体育场的专业化改造备受关注。本文从既有体育场的提升策略角度出发,通过体育工艺专业化提升、设施设备功能性提升、建筑形象保护性提升三种方式,总结其面向赛事的专业化改造策略,并结合城市定位多元化拓展、综合功能市场化拓展、整体风貌文脉化拓展三种方式探索其面向赛后的多功能复合化拓展之路。
In the process of sports architecture from increment to stock,the professional transformation of existing stadiums has attracted much attention.From the perspective of the promotion strategy of the existing stadiums,through sports technology specialization,facilities and equipment functionality improvement,and architectural image protection improvement,this paper summarizes the professional transformation strategy for the events,and explores the way of post game multifunctional compound development,which combines with diversified expansion of urban positioning,comprehensive leisure market-oriented development,and context development of overall style.
