KEY POINTS OF EPIDEMIC-PREVENTION DESIGNS FOR ELDERLY CARE FACILITIES

本文总结了在编制《老年人照料设施建筑设计标准》中的一些思考,并基于该标准的框架,挖掘现有条款的潜力,结合当前的疫情特点,对老年人照料设施建筑在原则、形态、功能、流线、细节等五个方面如何适应疫情防控,提出有针对性的设计要点。

Upon the summary of reflections on compiling the Design Standards of Elderly Care Facilities and Buildings,as well as its Graphics,and based on the frameworks of such standards specified,this paper explores the potentials of the existing provisions.Combining the features of current epidemic,the paper also proposes the targeted design key points of how the elderly care facilities and buildings could adapt to the epidemic prevention and control,from the aspects of principles,forms,functions,streamlines and details.
